All three Orchard Barns are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, fridge/freezer, TV and video and gas central heating.

The gas central heating and a complimentary basket of logs (where appropriate), use of the swimming pool, games room, giant sand pit and fishing on the smaller trout stream. One travel cot and high chair per barn is supplied free of charge, but baby bedding is not supplied - most people prefer to bring their own.

Level access and disabled facilities in Kingfisher Cottage, Sandmartins and Haypole Barn.  Shower chair and door ramps available on request.
