Kingfisher cottage has many special features making it accessible for disabled visitors, including wheelchair users (National Accessibility Inspected). It has a private balcony overlooking it's own secluded garden This cottage is on one level, the accommodation comprises two bedrooms: 1 kingsize and 1 twin with additional gallery bed space, both bedrooms have H&C and shaver sockets. The large bathroom has a separate shower and bath with WC. The kitchen is well appointed with a fridge freezer, microwave and gas hob as well as our other standard equipment and is open plan with the living area, there is a gas fired rayburn for cooking, heating and hot water and in the roomy living area there is a woodburner too.

FACILITIES Kingfisher cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, fridge/freezer, TV and video and gas central heating. The gas central heating, all bed linen, a cot and high chair is provided free of charge, as is a complimentary basket of logs.. (Please note, cot bedding is not provided, most people prefer to use their own). Also nearby is the swimming pool, giant sand pit, games room and fishing on the smaller trout stream. Fly fishing on the River Ottery costs £10/rod/day. Washing machines and tumble driers are situated in the laundry off the shared courtyard |
